After the publication of the document “Food in the Anthropocene: the EAT–Lancet Commission on healthy diets from sustainable food systems”, the LAZIO section of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition identified the theme “A healthy diet for a sustainable food system: a critical view of the document of the EAT Lancet Commission” as a priority to discuss about “Global diet”, nutrition policies and recommendation.
