The WHO European Office for the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases (NCD Office) is engaging in several initiatives to address healthy and sustainable food environments, guided byexperts from across the Region. This report sets out the presentations and discussions that tookplace at an expert meeting on the out-of-home food environment, held virtually on 10 June 2021and co-hosted by Public Health England. Member States presented snapshots of their experiences,policy and data in the out-of-home food sector, and addressed two key areas in detail: portion sizeand food delivery apps.
