After more than 10 years, in 2019 the revision of the Food-Based Dietary Guidelines for the Italian population was published: this document collects and updates food advice for consumers, drawn up by the CREA Research Center on Food and Nutrition. The FAD course, carried out by SINU in collaboration with CREA, has the objectives to promote the dissemination of the guidelines and to offer a critical evaluation by expert counter-speakers on topics related to food and human nutrition.
