The TRIVENETO section of SINU, in collaboration with the Department of Agri-food, Environmental and Animal Sciences (DI4A) of the University of Udine and the BDA working group, is pleased to present this event aimed at SINU members and all students and professionals in the nutrition sector who wish to delve deeper into the issues related to food composition and the use of new tools for a correct assessment of eating habits.
