SINU conference (Lazio-Abruzzo) – The 5th revision of the Reference Intake Levels of Nutrients and Energy (LARN) for the Italian population

The new Reference Intake Levels of Nutrients and Energy (LARN) for the Italian population were drafted by the Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU) with the contribution of over 150 Italian experts divided into different working groups. In particular, thanks to the contribution of the CREA-Food and Nutrition Research Center, which made available the new values ​​of consumption and food sources in the population (Study on Food Consumption in Italy – IV SCAI), the nutrient intake levels have been redefined.

The conference is free but registration is required. A maximum of 110 places are foreseen in presence.
